Aman identified as @Dedonnse on twitter has taken to the social media to share what a pastor told his friend to bring before officiating his child's dedication
His tweet reads "A pastor is asking my friend to bring one goat, 5 tuber of yam, 1 stick of dried fish, reasonable amount of money in an envelope, 1 bottle of wine, 1 carton of malt, before he'll in a child's naming ceremony. Always ibom man it is. "

Issues like this are becoming rampant as some pastors keep using their church members as sources of generating wealth and a lot of people have been turned away from the faith because of the religious leaders’ attitudes toward money. Not a few had bad personal experiences in churches due to it.
