Lagosians in their numbers have been calling for the rejection of Lagos State House of Assembly Speaker Mudashiru A. Obasa's covid-19 palliative gifts, calling it a shame to Lagosians.
A journalist and publisher of Trust BethNews, Oluwaseun, had raised the issue of the unacceptable palliative measure by calling the Speaker's name out on his social media account (facebook) and calling his offer of sacrifice a 'Cain's sacrifice' (using a Biblical illusion of Cain, Abel's brother, whose offering was rejected by God).
Seun posted, "Some Politicians can be so funny, how can a whole speaker of the house Lagos State; Obasa be so courageous to shared this unacceptable Coronavirus palliative relief among Agege residents, imagine he's a resident of such a district.
Mr. Obasa why???"
And in a swift reaction Lagosians expresses their displeasure over Speaker Obasa's palliative care.
According to Olayode Ismail Bukola, he calls the offer,
"A shame to Lagosian."
Ebenezer Oluwafikayomi Adesola said, "That is our politician for you, I told you yesterday that this people don't mean Good for us, the same way am looking at people defending Buhari this day, suffering and smiling, the earlier we know the better."
And in John Coleson's opinion he said, "How l wished the people can reject all these from them. Let them take it back home to their families."
