The gay community again has successfully registered another ‘milestone’ as they call it in Africa. They have manged to wed a priest in the names of John Maierepi who has been a long term ‘boyfriend’ to Pastor Paul Mwaura his fellow man.
The priest has tied the knot with his long time Kenyan partner in a colorful wedding. However, a very jubilant congregation attended the wedding. Reverend John Maierepi said “I do” to his long time husband, Pastor Paul Mwaura amid cheers from their supporters and their LGBTcolleagues.
When asked why they “choose” to be gay, the preachers responded that sexual orientation is inborn. In addition, unchosen and unchangeable no matter what. This left many shocked especially the believers of the Christianity faith.
This gay couple is becoming the first clergy gay couple to be wedded officially in Africa. This lays a huge platform to those planing on the same such ceremony to follow suit.
