Cristiano Ronaldo celebrates as he reaches 1000 career games

Juventus play-maker, Cristiano Ronaldo has achieved a new feat in his football career. The Balon D’or winner has reached 1000 games in his career and he took to his social media page to celebrate this accomplishment.

His new feat cuts across several seasons, different clubs and multiple awards. Ronaldo’s 100 career games comprises playing for 4 clubs in 18 season games with 725 goals to his name.

The Portuguese striker celebrated his accomplishment by writing: “So proud to reach 1000 official games in my career with a very important victory that put us on the top of the table again! Thank you to all my teammates, coaches, my family & friends and to my fans that helped me to reach this great achievement.”
