Confirmed:Aubameyang Alongside Rashford with Fernandez Behind Them. United set to Sign Arsenal Star.

Manchester United are reported to have identified Gabon striker Pierre Emerick Aubameyang as the strike partner for Marcus Rashford going into the 2020/2021 season.

Aubameyang has been the Gunners’ standout player this season, scoring 20 goals in 31 appearances in all competitions. With 17 of his strikes coming in the Epl in 26 games so far. 

He has 61 goals in 96 games for Arsenal since signing from Borussia Dortmund in January 2018. The Gabon international has been in lethal form this season and has proven to be Arsenal's most important player at the moment.

His current deal expires next summer and there have been new reports that the Arsenal management could cash in on the forward this summer rather than seeing him leave for free in next window . With the club likely to miss out on the Champions League places for next season. 

European giants Barcelona are also interested in his signature and have since stepped up their pursuit of the Arsenal forward.

The club are willing to accept offers of anything around £35m. With those in charge at the Emirates  believing that the tag is a fair price given his superb form for the north Londoners.

With the 30-year-old having rebuffed attempts to tie him down to a new contract at the Emirates Stadium, it is likely that Arsenal's loss could be Manchester United's gain. 

If Manchester United can pull the deal through then we surely are in for a breathtaking  2020/2021 season.
